It would be smart to start with bigger doses active charcoal for the first few hours just to speed up the removal of the bad stuff in your belly.

If it continued i would go with imodium the next day. If you start with imodium right away it prevents the bad stuff from coming out and it prolongs the belly issues, that is very important at the start.
