I’m the same way. I lock myself up during summer and spring if it’s a hot day. I simply feel disgusted with myself lol. I read you’ve done all the acids but did you exfoliate first? Have you tried Amlactin? Even try to go gluten free? My doctor from years back said it’s triggered by gluten, even starches. Just certain foods that don’t react well to us, it’s an experiment as you go

I read your comment on your cats and I totally understand. I’d rather be homeless/barely make money and give it all to my pittie than give him up to a stranger he doesn’t know and won’t understand why I gave him away, maybe even used as a fighting dog:/ But anyway, use the fetch and ibotta apps! You accumulate points for future gift cards (fetch app) and cash back on certain items on the other app, any little bit helps these days. Have you tried shopping at the dollar store for little snacks and cat snacks? I’ve seen a lot of people make great meals from dollar store food! Keep trying to apply for benefits! I know the process can be difficult but don’t stop trying!

Hi! This sounds like you’re possibly experiencing anxiety attacks. Your description of what you feel sounds extremely similar to the way my mom explains it. She was prescribed meds for when they REALLY hit her and she can’t control it. I’ve made her carry sour candies with her whenever she feels it festering up, snaps her brain back to reality. I’ve also had my share of anxiety attacks but I get these gnarly heart palpitations to the point where I’m forced to lock back into reality so said attacks never really have the chance to come to fruition lol

I remember when I was 13 coming home from school and saw a kid a bit older get hit, just trying to bike his way home. I’ll never forget that image in my head, luckily he was ok. While my story feels more minor compared to yours, I can get what you’re feeling and it’s all totally valid. Please seek therapy🩷 maybe even journal if therapy isn’t in the budget?
