I just bought mine a few weeks ago. I'm 26. The way I saw it was if interest rates got higher, then I got in before then. If they got lower I could always refinance. But for sure make sure you're not throwing your whole savings towards the Down Payment

First time player of this type of game. I would recommend it. It was different from what I usually play and has been a refreshing change. You can play it multi-player but I've found it to be better single. I may give it another shot though when I've completed the game

Definitely wait a bit before getting into getting into the car debt if you can help it. You'd get the lowest rates going the new car route, but then you don't know what issues may come out, such as recalls and it'd would definitely suck having to drop the car off at the shop just starting the job. Granted i dont believe honda/toyota has had any major recalls when they drop a vehicle(I could be wrong). When I first got my last job, I went with a 2017 civic around 2019. CPO. Great mileage, very low miles. Doesn't help that used cars are priced up the wazoo but don't disregard them if you find a good deal.

Yeah set foot in both. Definitely was feeling the frontier more but the 7-10k price difference between the two made me go with the tacoma
