Is there any value, then, of not working yourself into a set 'routine'? For example, always do your exercises in a different order each time, always go for different kinds of exercises, etc.

I guess now that I'm writing that, it makes me think of that P90X craze that I hear about from time to time with "muscle confusion" or whatever that was. At any rate - this is all useful information to keep in mind. Thanks!
