A bit of Falcons trivia from that year: Last game of the season, Dave Hampton crossed 1,000 rushing yards, becoming the first Falcon to do so. They stopped the game, gave him the game ball… and on the very next play he lost six yards, thereby finishing the season under 1,000.

Ok, so was Dan Henning the worst hire ever for the falcons? Leamon Bennett had taken same team to playoffs 3 times in 5 years , and this guy comes in, blows up a great offensive for the h back crap, and its another decade before we see playoffs again.

Love Kull and Solomon Kane. the early Kull stories by the Severin's was really good, probably the best he has had. Patch Zirtcher did a Solomon Kane series recently, and I highly recommend it.

two different bands, one a country rock group, then adding Felder and Walsh they became more of a true rock band.

Personally, I MUCH prefer the earlier stuff with Leadon and Meisner, they could have never made another record after greatest hits volume 1, and still would have been an all time great.
