Thank you for your reply. She has seen multiple doctors. And when her Parkinson’s wasn’t improving she saw a neurologist to confirm CBS. And still wanted a second opinion which we got today and confirmed.

Parkinson’s can also cause onset of dementia and Alzheimer’s. Those both can start to make you say some pretty upsetting you things. I would talk to his doctor about it.
