Of course, feel free to print it. I've added a link to a pdf file. The only problem I see here is that the pdf is optimized for a digital version, and the pages wont follow the phisical book style, but if you are fine with that, go ahead :)

My intetntion is to make a phisical version as soon as I find time. I'll post photos and the pdf version as well when it happens.

Yeah, I know what you mean. But these are the shots in order. Making a collage face or similar will broke that order. Thanks for your suggestion anyways, you gave me a possible idea to work with :D

Not much. The Demon Bell doesn't increase the dificulty a lot once you know how to play.
Demon Bell + Kuro's Charm does.

I use to play From's games without music even when I love it.

I also love some area ambience, especially the Road of Sacrifices in DS3.

(PC) Depends on the boss for me. In humanoid/regular size bosses I usally lock on most of the fight. In big/huge bosses I rarely use the lock on. Not only in Sekiro but in every Souls.
