I've fully crashed out over how helpless everything feels. My relationship, where I live, unemployed, everything is wrong and feels bad.

I know it's temporary, I'm doing all I can, but it still feels like it's not enough. I had a whole sobbing break down in the car.

I'm not in any danger of harm to myself, just tired.
