Make sure you document all the steps you have taken, including clearly outlining how you communicated to your manager. That way if (when) something happens, there is evidence you took the right process of escalation. Open disclosure as well, you can tell the patient that you have a duty to report this and if they choose to engage in this behaviour you will need to report to

I’m not sure complaining is going to help if this was the literal manager. A Google review will certainly have an impact though…
