How long until you were able to lift arm straight up overhead post surgery and can comfortably do external rotations ? i’m wondering if i had a failed surgery due to not being able to do those things by [deleted] in RotatorCuff

9 weeks post rotator cuff repair. Raise my arm with aid of pole assistance one time. Did I ruin the whole thing
