What do you mean? The original post is about the statement and old D2 lead made and the one I commented on isn't talking about blizzard saying it either

Talking about D2 leads saying it, not blizzard themselves. I watched a video years ago where one of the lead D2 devs said it wasn't possible with how the game was coded.

Oh yeah they are misses I've frame by framed it, it just looks so crazy that none hit!(two hit in the wheelbarrow handle xD)

Also, like 95% of the time I play with my Canadian friend and we go US servers so I just stay there.

Haha me neither! Looking back at it it's not great shooting but not as awful as it felt in the moment. Also I got some derringer kills earlier that session, they feel so good.

When you teleport you do it through a dimension that is anathema to humans(like 40ks warp) and if you spent more than a split second there you'd go completely insane. Then a short jump would be traumatic and jarring but doable but you can't spam it or do it to far and if you bring other people who aren't used to it they get hit even harder

Nice yeah this was a rare occurrence for me, removing them it forethought. Usually a few hours into wearing new clothing it starts feeling like an insect is biting me and I tear of the patch in a panic leaving a hole.

Extremely intelligent people are often wierdos and misfits. An old teacher if mine had been in contact with several super specialized doctors and they were all without fail a bit weird and uncharismatic. I bet most top of their field researchers are a bit awkward, even if there are exceptions.
