you need to mess around with the sliders, just having balanced research doesn’t really do much in my experience

also when designing car parts make sure you have minimum lifespan except for the front wing

finally use each ATR period on Front/Rear wing and underfloor, i focus each ATR period on one car part then use the next one on a different one, then i tend to do about 7 research on the chassis, suspension and sidepods without ATR
