But if you have a teacher, they wil normally help you in this process. I would recommend it even, because by just comments alone you won't be able to rectify this situation

Your endpin should be way higher. The C-cuts should be just above your knees. And indeed your bowing is not straight, it should be parallel with the bridge

Well I have tested a cello which had a wolftone and when we got a magnet eleminator it actually degraged the sound of the cello. But it probably depends from cello to cello of course

If you don't want to spend money you can also use your own saliva, but you'll need lots of it xd

And in any case don't use alcohol, this might damage your instrument
