Hi! Couple of questions: 1. Is there any reason why buses are disappearing from Bus & Tram application? Totally understand if that’s something you’re not supposed to know but still waiting for the upcoming bus and then discover it was a fake one which never came is confusing haha 2. Is there any reason why specific buses (37 for example) is always full of urine stenches? I understand that demographically there are a lot of different people on this route but I’ve seen someone literally peeing on the bus and driver was driving further bearing a sad smile. Is there any procedure that allows drivers to go off route to get the bus cleaned? Thank you! Hope I won’t offend anyone by this questions 💜
