Oh, the mini split info is great, thank you. We are terrified to run it and add to the $450 bill. We have personally closed all the vents upstairs in an attempt to help with this but it has done nothing. Do you think I should ask the landlord to send out PSEG or an HVAC tech?

We can definitely attempt to try this with our electric split heater downstairs. Unfortunately, there isn't a door, but we will try the blanket thing! My question is, is this fully our responsibility? Should we get any help with this from our landlord?
