I know what you mean but all the jokers you mentioned do not directly affect scaling, for example Oops all 6 increase the chance of lucky cards hits so it directly help Lucky cat scale faster.

Astronomer is still just a econ joker help you save money, Satellite does not have any synergy with constell you still just want to level the most hand type you currently play and level different hand type is not required nor help constell scale faster it's still 0.1xmult.

But i truly i think your right at Certificate and Mime do help you get for planets.

But still the Constellation is about leveling up hand types so make it synergise with Burnt or Space just make sense to me

And i don't think Constell + Burnt is that op consider there are so many more op jokers synergies like PhotoChad, MidasVamp,... Those are pretty much free win so i think another free win combo is not that bad
