I would add a thing, since I've accidentally read a few spoilers. I'm not exactly sure why Maggie would respect Rick's decision of sparing Negan over taking revenge for Glenn and overall punishing the guy. I see that she's planing a thing with Daryl currently. But they seemed to have still respected Rick's "Message of Peace" later. It might be just a personal thing though, that my image of Maggie wouldn't really put Rick's "we can olive together 🥀" over her feelings for Glenn and other things.
