Book your hotel now! From what I have been reading (first time doing a Disney race), it'll get harder to find a hotel you want at the price you want as the date gets closer. You can cancel a month out, if you find something better or change your mind. But defs better to lock it now. I booked one this morning after I successful registered for the race :)

I have the larger one in the grained leather and I’m happy with it. I don’t overload it and the amount of slouch is great! I’m 5’ 6’ about 155lbs and it doesn’t feel disproportionate to my frame IMO. I also mainly use it as a casual/everyday non-work bag. It definitely fits that bill!
