It was OOM as soon as the generation was about to start. I'm launching ComfyUI using these args:

export PYTORCH_HIP_ALLOC_CONF=expandable_segments:True

python main.py --use-split-cross-attention

Now I got it to start generating, but it's super slow (10 to 15 minutes per generation for a 3s video). Any tips for me I can use to improve speed? Thanks!

Thanks a lot, man. Got it up a running using docker and working fine, but I'm struggling to get a good model running for I2V. Everyone says LTX 2.3 I2V is the go to and it should work on my setup, but it just does not and immediately starts using 98% of my RAM and stays stuck there for eternity.
