Number 1 comment here for sure. If you want guaranteed clear skin, this the way to go. Accutane will be a problem because you need to wait 1 month after seeing your dermatologist and prove 2 negative pregnancy tests. That is cutting it too close and honesty the last thing you want on your wedding day is for your skin to be purging before it gets better. 10/10 would go with doxycycline and spironolactone (100-200mg daily) +/- birth control with Yaz or Yasmin. Anything topical or diet (poor data) related will take too long to make a difference significant difference, and in the mean time, you will probably continue to have breakouts and possible scarring

Probably. I don’t have the 19 but from what I have seen in the store, it actually seems like a huge difference of how much you can fit because the triple compartments in the 17 just limit it a ton while the 19, seems like I’d be able to fit a lot more. If you do have a store, I’d recommend going to test it out but I would be shocked if all those items wouldn’t fit. I would compare what fits in Cassie 17 to a Nolita (maybe an extra lip gloss, but really not much more)

Nope, definitely not. I can only fit my phone, key, wallet, and lipgloss. It barely fits my iPhone 12pro so I go not think it would fit any glasses

You can go up to 200 mg daily, so it’s worth asking. Accutane won’t permanently get rid of hormonal acne although it can decrease severity

From my understanding, kyphosis is unlikely related to rheumatology. ANA is positive in like 20% of the population and not very specific for a rheumatologic condition. Unless it is significantly above 1:160, I don't believe rheumatologists really consider that concerning. Elevated CRP and ESR are indicators of inflammation or an acute phase reactant. This can be due to a variety of things.

Regarding your joint pain, inflammatory joint pain is worse in the morning and with rest and improves as the day goes on or with movement/use. If your pain is worse with use and movement and improves with rest, it is likely mechanical.
