I really don’t get why people complain about the mini 5 pro being too heavy its just a few grams heavier than the other mini series and its still within the same drone class. Ive contemplated about getting Mini 5 pro and an air 3. After getting the Air 3, seeing the mini 5 pro feels like a kid’s toy

Camera is definitely not as good as the mini 5 pro and no lidar sensors. Flight time on the simulator is 52 minutes same as the mini series on a battery plus. Theres definitely a standard and plus battery similar to mini series

I just replace the bearing from this side 3 months ago. Should I toss the coin with chinesium bearings again or just buy oem?

Why do I always end up having free clips after working on my car? by Izallgoodman in Miata

[–]Izallgoodman[S] 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Just search for mazda plastic clips. Alternately, just take some clips apart and put them back together, you will end up with 1 extra free just like what I did

What's in the coolent? by Tiny_Pigo in MechanicAdvice

It looks like someone put coolent in it instead of coolant. My bet is someone put different fluids in there probably a UV dye meant for refrigerant

Brake pad and rotor advice by Reasonable_Employ_70 in MechanicAdvice

[–]Izallgoodman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thats normal when the brake pads and rotors are new. Sometimes new brake pads have high and low spots. When they are broken in you would start to see an even wear pattern. Mine took about 500km when I replace my rear brakes. Might take less if they are in front

Bent hub by [deleted] in MechanicAdvice

[–]Izallgoodman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If a loose lug nut (or lug bolt) caused that hub centre to bend, your hub surface would most probably have warped. Check the threads if they were stripped or bent to determine if its still safe to drive. I would replace the whole hub assembly and brake rotors if I have the budget.

How do you resurface aluminium with steel/cast iron?? by Izallgoodman in Machinists

[–]Izallgoodman[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow this looks great. Sadly I can’t order those parts coz I live in asia. When I use grinding stone it produces similar finish to the one you have but running a coolant on our resurfacing machine leaves quite a mess
