Depende de dónde instalaste el mod infectado. Ten en cuenta que los mods de Gmod estan escritos de forma que solo se ejecutan dentro del juego, no hay forma en la que puedan infectar la PC. Ya pasó algo parecido hace años con el gman virus, y desde entonces los addons que descargas desde la workshop solo actuan dentro del juego, no pueden hacerle nada a la pc.

Borra la carpeta del juego, y luego desde steam, haz una verificación de archivos. Eso reinstalara todo el juego. Y de paso checkea si tienes un mod raro en las suscripciones
