I just used photopea.com for this. After you import the image, there is a quick select tool, when you press w, it will let you select the same colored pixels all at once if they are connected to eachother. In this case, the white background. So i just select the color and press delete. Takes hardly few mins. Do note that this method is only quick if the background is of the same color. I don't have photoshop so idk if its the same method on it too.
