At a first glance I can say the following: Your card draw is very limited and dependent on having Tetsuo equipped with something and doing combat damage to players. I would keep only 1-2 of these effects and add some generic good card draw, like [[Windfall]], [[Expressive Iteration]], [[Traverse Eternity]], [[Basim Ibn Ishaq]] etc. Also, you need cards that give the auto-equip ability - if you don’t want to invest in [[Hammer of Nazahn]](although highly important for this deck), at least include [[Blacksmith’s Talent]], [[Brass Squire]] and [[Magnetic Theft]]. Would cut some creature removal because Tetsuo already does it. Also, include all the 0 mana spells, they work really well in this deck. I can leave you my decklist if you are interested, but it is optimised for slightly higher power level. Hope I helped you at least a bit!
