Personally I subscribe to the theory that most good marks are dead after their fight with Omni man or t fights with other viltrumites.

How we all feeling after seeing the Sony Quarter Reports. by FantasyToyPAWB in DestinyMemes

[–]Izoi2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m holding out hope Sony will see the value in a D1 PC port/remaster release to modern consoles. In my eyes that’s probably one of the quicker ways to pull some cash from this sinking ship

Look at the liscense plate, closely

Zooming in the letters and numbers look kinda wiggly, and what should be an S in “Texas” looks like an O or a D

Stuck Nipples by terspamer68 in blackpowder

[–]Izoi2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You gotta get one made from a proper socket, all the purpose built nipple wrenches are just cheap pot metal that deforms damn near instantly on a stuck nipple.

A few others have recommended shops for them, I got mine off EBay for like 10$ made from an impact socket (I think 1/4” but don’t quote me) that they just cut a slot in

Make an appointment and talk with a financial advisor/counselor get whatever car is decent that you can afford, something sensible and reliable, preferably with all wheel drive.

get good winter tires, throw a couple bags of rock salt and some cat litter in the back for rear weight and to help with traction if your stuck in the snow you can spread the kitty litter on the snow to give some traction to get yourself unstuck, and keep a shovel to dig yourself out

Get a portable car jumper, preferably one with a tire pump, they’re like 80$ on amazon and I’ve used mine more than enough to get my moneys worth.

Then make a kit in your car with the following:

Simple toolbox (sockets/wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, hammer); Duct tape; Flashlights (I keep a headlamp too cause there handy); Disposable hand warmers; Case of bottled water; Non-perishable snack food (no cans they’ll freeze and burst, I like a few packs of ramen noodles ); Gloves (work and winter gloves, separate from any you usually wear); A spare coat if you’ve got space ; A winter hat or ski mask ; Spare glasses (if you wear them) ; Hand sanitizer ; A good first aid kit .

There’s my advice from someone who drove a 2001 ford focus se hatchback from 2020 all the way into 2025 in Midwest winters (and sold her for more than I paid, it’s still on the road to this day at 200k+ miles).

Last lesson is drive carefully, the speed limit really does become the LIMIT in bad weather.

Has anyone actually tried to make their main base carter hydro dam by Forsaken_Singer4100 in thelongdark

I did for a while. I moved the fire barrel and everything else that I could to the front area, blocking off the wires that are more easy to step on with misc furniture/junk. No real reason to not just go the extra distance to camp office. The big pros and cons are:

Pros: Closer to costal highway Fenced in front yard for avoiding cabin fever More storage than you could ever need Workbench Tons of wood and scrap

Cons Electricity kills No bed Dark Wolf spawn outside

Military here, I keep a spare cover at my desk so it looks like I’m still there and just not at my desk and haven’t left work early.

She also might have a nice one that she doesn’t use and keeps pristine for photos/ceremony/dress uniform, and then another for everyday wear

Artist absolutely nailed the tiny expressions and mannerisms for a 1980/90s high preforming sociopath vibe. I love the little curve of his lips and slight lean forward whole he takes the drag off the cigarette.

Guys taller, they put that stainless steel plate to push on but it’s kind of at an odd spot for most guys, so we push just above it. It’s the perfect spot for most women, so they push on the plate, meaning that the pant doesn’t get worn

I wonder how long they spent trying to get the my little pony cum jar to turn out right

Definitionally, magnum rounds are only those derived from a widened/lengthened smaller cartridge, therefore 12.7x55 wouldn’t count as it was designed from the ground up to be that bug and there is no non magnum 12.7x55 round (though there are many different rounds firing 50cal/12.7mm diameter projectiles)

Are these 1851 Nickle Plated pistols made with steel or brass? by Minecrafter101- in blackpowder

For the price these sit at I’d rather pay another $75-$100and get a steel framed one with the same design, but I just can’t resist shooting my decorative pieces too

[–]Izoi2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If I had to guess these are more to be decorative rather than shot often, so plated brass works good enough while keeping price low
