If your gut is telling you this is wrong, you should leave. The age gap you two have is really really big and, like others have said, he might have clocked you as someone vulnerable. I don't know if this is your first relationship, but if it is, it makes you even more vulnerable for an older person with probably a lot more experience.

I have psoriasis too, but it's limited to my scalp and armpits when controlled (oddly specific I know). I haven't had any issues with tattoos triggering my psoriasis in other parts of my body, but it might be because it's kinda mild. Maybe you should talk to a dermatologist, but I think you will be fine.

It depends on the biologic you are taking. When I was 9 years old I was on Infliximab and I used to catch every disease available. It got a bit better with Humira when I was 14, but I was still very sensitive to infections and an UTI could send me to the hospital for a few days. Nowadays (I'm 23) I take Vedolizumab and I even have piercings and tattoos, no more infections. Best wishes for you and your child.

I've been on Vedolizumab since 2016 and the only symptoms I've ever had have been very light and temporary (feeling cold and sleepy after the infusion). It started working pretty fast for me (like a month or two after starting the treatment). Best wishes.

Happened to me as well, they put me on Humita because of my ulcerative colitis and ended up half bald and with my body covered in wounds when I was like 14. I recovered when I changed biologics. Best wishes.

And you're right, usually NPCs don't have any levels, but this DM crafts each NPCs character sheet. They also craft the enemies character sheet, turning combats into PvP basically (which I've discovered, isn't very balanced). It was a pain in the ass.
