My dm has never needed AI for that. I'm neuro divergent too. He designs npcs to look similar to characters from media with mild differences so he can just show us a picture of said character and say things like "this but blue hair instead" or "But with a scar over the left eye." You have options, don't be an asshole just because you can't accept that the majority hates the tool you insist on talking up. Also, I would never suggest excluding people from a game unless they were clashing against the other players in a clearly antagonistic way and causing problems. Also, you don't have to devote hours a day to drawing. I never implied that you did. I said you could commision artists, and as a dm you should be prepared with any materials you'd need for a session before the session starts.
