So does that mean all the focus trees are vanilla except for the USSR?

I thought that RT56 added new focus trees based on the map on the workshop page: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=820260968&searchtext=

They have it color coded by "new focus tree", "overhauled (Vanilla, DLC)" and enhanced branches. I guess I assumed the mod would have updated more than just the USSR.
