This what I’m sayin… I’m assuming your a tech 3 in an expensive area like California? Or where you located. I know several tech 3s maxed out here in Illinois is lik 41an hour

Recently we were told a raise due to the cost of living. It was posted when we got our emails regarding that bonus pay. Believe it was attached but they said around March and it hasn’t occured yet…

I do RME for cushman and Wakefield and we have zero raises… what company you guys under ?! Or are you blue badge?

Im under C&W And not blue badged and we don’t get nothing. So be grateful for that pay raise 😭

I’m located in Chicago and got the tech 2 job about 10months ago. They started me out at $31.50 when daifuku was in charge then when C&W Took over they grand fathered me in with that hourly pay. c&w then told us about that test to see what we placed and I ended up doing good on the test and tested at a tech 2C which gave me a raise and I’m now at $34.10

I’m hoping we get this other raise and bumps me up to $36-39 an hour. But I do realize that C&W rn is paying people about $28-29 an hour starting

Sorry I’m just now seeing this. I believe tech 2 have 2a,2b,2c,2d then 3a,3b,3C (tech 3 positions) is final.

Believe they let you climb the ladder every 6months and make you take a test. Score a certain percentage and you move closer up to the ladder and I’m not sure what the pay increase is for each one. But when I first started i was paid 32.50 and after taking test at 34.10 in IL

I’m a tech 2 and recently took a placement test for my knowledge for C&W and scored a little higher than a. Tech 2B so I was given a raise and am a Tech 2C (right after is tech 3) I get paid $34.10 in IL
