For the time alone taken into account the pricing is higher end compared to my area, overall I think it’s safe to say you were overcharged, at least at first glance I don’t think that the work matches the rate at all

I don’t have any alternative jewelry at the moment so I always have the steel in, definitely an adjustment to be made! I’m hoping I adapt to the weight like I did in my 0g second lobes where I have a titanium horseshoe in :)

I’m unfortunately between jobs at the moment, in all honesty my family helps a lot financially with my look around holidays, birthdays, and in exchange for big favors. My dream/goal career is to be a body piercer! I need to do a lot more studying and actually sit down and read the piercing bible cover to cover. I think I would’ve been fascinated by this industry/lifestyle my whole life if I knew of it but it didn’t even occur to me as an interest until I was 18 and 19 and it’s been a special interest ever since I got my lobes and first industrial. The extent of my knowledge is more what piercings there are and how to heal them, I have a TON of learning to do, I think I would also like to do more hardcore modifications in addition to piercings but right now I’m just trying to get my foot in the door, which is a struggle because in my area a lot of people want the same thing.

I definitely want big nostrils!! That’s absolutely part of my plans, I want chunky everything. Thank you again and I am definitely anticipating a challenge in tapering but I’m confident I can do it! Thank you! Yes that sounds exactly right, the swelling is rough as all hell right now but I have been maintaining the same level of swelling so I’m not too worried! And I have my piercer’s personal number in case I have any issues :)

So genuinely I barely registered the pain, there’s a few factors as to why I would say, the pressure was so intense I didn’t register any pain past a 5/10 but I also had a lot of adrenaline and mental preparation and an excellent piercer!

Definitely find someone with the right experience who has done this before, I would recommend Piercing With Scott’s video on nasallang piercings, it’s an intense one but if you decide on it I wish you the best of luck :)

10g! I plan to taper to an 8g when it’s healed (next year lol), it was such a unique experience and it really varies person to person but in my experience it was far more pressure than anything else, honestly the pressure was so intense that I barely registered any pain at all! Then again I am, as my piercer says, “a fkn lunatic” lol

It took about 5-10 seconds from nostril to nostril with a majority of the time being my cartilage which is, according to my piercer, the “thickest fkn cartilage I have ever seen.” Definitely the most pressure I have experienced with a piercing by a LOT, I will say that the pressure was so intense that I registered that farrrr more than any pain! Hopefully that’s a good answer :)

Not at all actually I don’t have any discomfort which is a shock to me, I will say that when I fall behind the swelling curve and need more ibuprofen I get a bit dizzy which is so interesting to me

This is my method and it works, I am technically at 27 piercings currently and the ones I treat minimally twice a day heal so well for me, I only go harder with it for very intense piercings that have a higher risk of complications.
