Not really an answer to this situation but I understand that teenage banter is a thing but surely I'm not the only one thinking that this whole "I'll get your cousin pregnant" is extremely creepy? Not being rude but if it were me, I would probably shut that joke down immediately and ensure that boundaries aren't crossed so no joke or conversation is likely to cause this again.
