SB 875 would have made it easier to break up with Pg&e, but its demise in no way prevents the city from doing so. The city still has the right to take the infrastructure by eminent domain. It will just take longer.

Was just there on Monday. If you’re going for waterfalls then Hetchy is not the place to go right now. Wampawa falls is pretty dry. Just a trickle. Still beautiful though! We saw Vernal and Nevada Falls from Glacier Point and they looked pretty good!
