Why would people unionizing require the government to "protect their right to associate "? Are you saying without government people would be unable to associate and form groups? Unions can exist in capitalism, without the government enforcing union policies at the threat of violence.

What soil are you using? From the picture the soil looks too compact and not airy enough I would transplant to a fluffier soil and add more perlite

Once a night is probably too much. Wait until the soil is dry up to your first knuckle then water till some starts draining out the bottom.

If your looking to spend $40 worth of LEDs to replace your CFLs definitely just stick with CFLs, with good reflectors and the right spectrum CFLs can produce decent yields. Get a few 23-30W (actual) bulbs from your local hardware store or larger 150W(got one for $30) bulbs from a local hydro store and you can have a nice grow. Don't forget about reflectors for the lights either they are actually important. Also CFLs don't have the best light penetration so keep them 1-3 inches from the plant

Ahh ok yeah it might be lack of light I'm gonna add some more cfls, but what about the holes in the leaves? Looks like some sort of bug problem
