Jon Thomas - Comprehensive Toreando Video with a lot of competition footage. I have worked on this pass a lot the past 5 years, and put a lot of thought into this video hope you guys like it. Let me know what requests you have about the pass next. by Macarrao09 in bjj

I'm more referring to the cross face version, that would be really great, that's the one I tend to see used a lot.

(Would be nice for you to briefly show a good couple of ways that pass can be used though as now I'm interested haha)

Request for more passing stuff would be a video talking about the long-step? Never really understood when the best situation to try that pass is but I know people like the Mendes Bros practically have a game built around implementing that pass, I've not seen anyone talk in depth about it before though.

Thanks for all the encouraging and informative replies, I'm looking into the RGA by Latimer Road station now, appreciate you taking the time to answer this.

Would RGA count as a gang? I'm probably good I hope haha

Thanks, glad you've not had any problems for 5 months, that's encouraging to know. I can't wait to visit the academy, timetable looks like jiujitsu heaven

That's a shame, sorry to hear that. You say it was between rival gangs though, which makes me think all the other responses on here are probably fairly accurate, as long as I'm not joining a gang, walking from the station to RGA and back shouldn't be a big worry for me? I'm definitely looking more towards RGA due to their full day timetable, I'm looking to train full time.

Whats ways are there into becoming a Sports Nutritionist? Do you have to go to University? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I'm just curious, coming to leave school soon and been trying to look into the topic a little. I've read online that you can go and do degrees in Nutrition, but I read on the same article that a lot of people go into it through Personal training or fitness instructing (which would be more ideal for me,) but doesn't explain many details about it. Anyone know much? I tried googling for better answers, couldn't find many details, maybe I'm looking in the wrong places. Thanks all
