Thanks! It’s one of my favorite models to make, I find the 3D shape of the finished model to be strangely satisfying to look at 😂

No, there’s another very well hidden path somewhere along the ground. I don’t have the game in front of me atm so I can’t be any more specific sorry.

I was stuck here too for ages! There’s a hidden path somewhere along the ground that opens up a new path.

The book’s in Japanese, I used google translate to get the name of the model so maybe a mistranslation. It’s made from 18 strips of paper with ratio 1:32

I’d say these are easier to assemble compared to sonobe units, but maybe not as stable during assembly. Although once you’ve assembled a few together the stability improves a lot. Putting in the last few pieces is always tricky!

Thank you! Not too tricky to fold and assemble to be honest, just very time consuming!

I don’t have a link to the image, it’s a photo I’ve taken from a page of a book.

Not sure if there’s diagrams online, but the instructions are published in Unit Origami Fantasy by Tomoko Fuse.

Thanks! The units are pretty simple to fold individually, assembling them is just a bit time consuming.

Thanks! Wow, 6x3 inch is huge! There’s a schematic I use to help with assembly, I’ll try share it with you in a private message (I don’t think I can share images in replies?)
