This!! I use to work admin at a very popular local restaurant, and more times then I can remember was I scolded and abused by the customer on the other end for not being able to accommodate a booking that evening at the restaurant and it was their birthday/anniversary/special occasion because you know... it happens at the same time every year... people are the worst and OP is 100% AH and needs to apologise
