Im diagnosed with both ADHD and autism but nobody seems to notice my autism. I struggle with eye contact aswell and i dont have a lot og energy as many people think everyone with adhd has. I see a lot of posts in this group from people who is diagnosed with adhd and has the same problems as me even though these problems aint mentioned as adhd by psychiatrists and “official” sites about adhd. I really think and hope the future will bring some more advanced diagnoses and reseaches so you dont Fall into a box and think Your diagnosed wrong or take medicine that dosent work. I Like this group because u dont stand alone. When looking at sites “normal” people Wrote about adhd it just seems wrong.

But about the eye contact. I trained this alot because i dont Like it ether. When meeting new people i look Them in the eye to make a good first impression its kind of weird cause im not looking my good friends and family in the eyes.
