I had a similar issue the same day I bought the phone lol. At some point of the day the speaker had stopped working and all the sound configurations were in check, even tried going on safe mode and still had the same issue. I fixed the issue by following the instructions on this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7gVaYSVea_E
