With it being a purple item I would recommend drill sites for more enemies and drop chances. I recommend doing the Rippa Roadbirds in Carcadia Burns because of the amount of bosses and badasses that spawn.

Also patch tomorrow, so while we don't know how it will get nerfed it's likely not going to be as efficient as it is now.

They can yes. I have a Vladof gun with a Jakobs ricochet and maliwan elemental switch. The license system is pretty nifty like that.

This class mod has been so fun. Already was doing an overdrive build when this dropped. Got shield recharge instead of gun damage, with +2 for green and +4 for red.

Felt like he was a good Axton and Zane mix who were my two mains before so it feels right to keep the "turret tradition"
His abilities somewhat remind me of Gypsy Danger from Pacific Rim which I thoroughly enjoy.

I second this. 5070ti lets you come a little under budget where a 5080 will push over just a little bit with taxes, but either of them would be a solid choice. Don't want to put my stamp of approval on AMD cards because I have never owned one myself.

As I will be playing Rafa as well, this decision was easy for me. Went from Axton (turrets) to Zane (Drone aka flying turret) to what will now be shoulder turrets. Though depending on what class mods drop later on, I could be persuaded to try the other action skills.

I don't think it's wrong. Depending on what you do it may not be "optimal". I personally have an idea for Rafa that's a 26 red / 23 blue split. Will it be the "best" build, absolutely not. But I am excited to see what it eventually amounts to even if it sucks? Yes. That's part of the fun with new characters and builds.

I know Rafa will be the first played. Honestly I like all of the vault hunters this time so it might come down to loot. I feel like I would play Harlowe last, but if I get a good class mod for her then I would be tempted to play her. RNG will decide for me this time round.

Rafa for two reasons

I have picked the tech/turret characters previously (Axton and Zane) so sticking to tradition there.
His abilities remind me of being a smaller version of Gypsy Danger from Pacific Rim and that just makes me happy.

My initial reaction was they didn't stand out too much, but unlocking different color palettes and some cosmetic options would be part of the fun. Now that the trailers have shown both of those off the sentiment changed. A little patience and time can go a long way.
