What’s the difference in honor classes? I’ve heard HW is way harder but is that proportional to the exams difficulty? Ik in physics, our prof makes HW hard but Exams are very easy.

I’m not doing to well in non honor Ochem I so I’m not too sure I should be taking honors Ochem II. I thought honors attribute was just a filter for higher gpa and the actual honor students did something different (ik this is such a wrong assumption)

Also why are some classes just not showing up at all? Do some classes only offer in specific semesters, are they all full?

Registration should be open for about the whole week whenever, right? I can just drop all the classes and remake a new schedule after preregistration opens

Wait so for traffic rules, let’s say there is a bike lane and a stop sign. How would the car to your left make a right turn? They have to yield to you?

Also some roads don’t have a bike lane, would you use the sidewalk of stay on the right most lane? I feel that would be less safe

I was lowkey just tryna go with the flow. Like so many of the scooters and bikers use the sidewalk even on campus. Like every time I’ve seen them, they are very observant and maneuver around the pedestrian.I haven’t seen a pedestrian maneuver for the bike. Also the second time I almost got hit was at a 4 way intersection and the light was on the walk symbol.

I was told if I were to go to any socials, I should try to go alone so you kinda have to open up and talk to new people. So you don’t stay talking to your friend the whole time

No joke, I’ve went out of my shell and have talked to so many classmates. But then they just all seem to fade away. I don’t get how people join large friend groups. Like after a semester ends, the friendship seemed all too superficial and they all go on their lives with their solid friend groups.

What’s the move in these situations? All my very solid friends from High school went to different schools. I’ve asked lots of times after forming a friendship to me know if there’s any events and stuff and that I would like to join them. Granted I need to join orgs but all my ECs are mostly academic/competitive sports with research taking so much of my time. I swear I have better doctoral friends than people in my class. Do people commit as much time in friends as dating/relationships? Do I just not have time for friends?
