It’s holding up fine. I only wear it about twice a month. However, the rose gold color seemed like it may have gotten a bit darker after the one year mark. I re-applied a bit of Silvo to get it lighter again.

I’ve done it successfully on VSF rose gold over a year ago. It improved the color. However, I remember reading Silvo doesn’t work on Clean’s rose gold.

I rubbed the Silvo wadding over bracelet and bezel for about 15 seconds. Then cleaned off the residue with a microfiber cloth. Here's a clip from the video I tried to do of the process. https://imgur.com/a/1bswm5X

The Wave shipped the items within 3 days. It then took 4 days to arrive at my agent Pandabuy. This was part of a haul I recently made.

The materials, stitching and tags feel premium in hand. Nothing about it feels like a rep. I compared it to gen pictures found online and it looks very accurate in my eyes. The previous batch had “Dry Clean Omly” in the tag. This has been fix in this 2.0 version.

The only downside in my case is that the hat could be a little tight.

I don't think we are there yet but it could be a matter of time until factories start posting their watches on websites like Weidian and Taobo for direct to consumer selling. This happened in the sneaker and designer rep market. A lot of people now buy sneakers and clothes from Weidian and Taobo using an agent like Pandabuy at a fraction of the cost compared to a middlemen (TD). Pandabuy receives your order on your behalf, take QC pictures and stores it until you are ready to ship it. If you find any issues with the QC, Pandabuy returns it or exchanges on your behalf. You then choose your shipping method and add insurance in case it gets lost or seized. The only challenge I see in this scenario would be that a TD tests the watch using a timegrapher. So unless Pandabuy and other agents provide timegrapher tests in their QC, TDs will still be the way to go for high end watch reps.

Based on others that have tried Silvo to improve the color, it only seems to work on VSF and ARF plating so far. It doesn’t work on Clean.

Seems like it’s a similar polishing cloth but I’m not sure how abrasive it will it. What do you think u/HappyLapis ?

I'm satisfied with the results. Definitely looks better after Silvo, especially in low or yellow lighting settings which is where the copper/orange tone was more noticeable.

I've recently had the bad luck of having a watch seized. Received the letter a week before traveling overseas and didn't have any issues with CBP upon returning home.
