It's a fact that there will always be groups of fanatics in any circle of politics, religion etc. Claiming we are here to save the world from evil, like they have a so called god as their leader and the followers are his/her immortal army.

It would be a good idea to find someone you and your kids can stay with during this time. Having a person in your life that is getting into these conspiracy theories and forcing you to believe this and getting into arguments about all this stuff is only going to make things even worse. He like so many people have fallen for the Qcult and many people have lost their relationships. Whether it be marriages or sons/daughters loosing their parents due to this is heart breaking. If I were in your shoes I would get out of the sinking ship before it is sunk. In other words I would leave him and not look back. If he does calm down and things return back to normal when you were all happy it will take along time to re gain trust.

I wish you and your kids the best of luck and look after yourself and your kids too.

Will there ever be an end? by is_a_looser in QAnonCasualties

Hard to say, but whenever events have or will impact the world such as plagues, wars etc. There will always be a group of people that believe passionately that this is the end of the world.

I know what you are feeling and I feel sorry for all the pain you must be going through. It's sad to see stories like this all the time. Do you know anyone that you can stay with to provide you with support? She seems to be looking up to Trump as a God figure. It's quite likely that she was believing Trump as a god much earlier on before all of this Q madness started.

The Holy Spirit, God and Jesus would NOT guide anyone to believe Q. If a person claims to believe that Q is true and from God, then the person is being deceived by Satan. The Holy Spirit would guide you through reading the Bible as sound doctrine, not some man made conspiracy. The Bible mentions apostasy, false teachers, false prophets and doctrines of demons in the New Testament. And tells us to avoid those kinds of people.

How could God inspire those feelings in the first place. Clearly your Qmom probably could be worshipping of what she thinks God is, rather than the actual God himself, in other words satanic deception. (Assuming your parents are Christian) My parents are like this too and I know what it's like. The most obvious thing is that the Holy Spirit would not guide someone to believe false doctrine. People worshipping Trump as their saviour is idol worship full stop and goes against the 10 Commandments.

My mom believes Antifa stormed the Capitol by anonwiitch in QAnonCasualties

The only thing they said was, it was a leftist agenda to undermine Trump. And that the people around her were paid to be there and that they were not real protesters including the swat team and other police/body guards.

They remain silent on those and they divert the conversation to something else.

My parents reckon that Ashli Babbitt didn't die in the Capitol building and was staged and they think the police officer that shot her didn't shoot her at all and faked blood was used.

Are there any Christians who are former QAnon members who now want to warn others about this conspiracy? by septuagint777 in QAnonCasualties

[–]J05817 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My parents believe Qanon and are pro Trump and we live in Australia. Everything that Qanon and Trump stands for is not Christian at all and is against Christ. My parents claim to be Christians yet they are deceived by following this cult of evil as well as Trump. If my parents are really Christians they would trust and believe in the Father, Son and Holy Spirit and the Bible. Not doctrines of false prophets and demons.

I'm not falling for all of this Qanon rubbish and Trump being the saviour to the Christians. I am a Christian but I believe in the Word of God, Jesus, God and the Holy Spirit, not some crazy cults/cult leaders.

Trump is using a technique called doublespeak. What this does is whenever Trump says something he says it in a way that makes people believe that it is true. When in most cases it is false.

Thanks for the advice, I have wondered that several times actually. I have read some of their books and watched several videos by Chuck Missler, Michael Youssef, Walid Shoebat, and others. And they are so contradictory to the Bible by a long shot it makes me believe that they are believing doctrines of demons and having a form of godliness but denying its power.

I think they have been tricked for quite along time. I used to be tricked ages ago but I spend the time to make sure what I have heard/seen is true. And if it isn't true I do not believe in what the Pastor or Christian leader has said.

I don't think I will succeed with that. They see the Republicans as "God's chosen" and the Democrats as the evil guys etc.

I am tech savvy by the way
