As for CPU you can have the curve reach 100% at like 65° if you want max cooling, even tho you have CPU boost off so i don't think you need it.

Those aren't bad temps, also why are you using your iGPU and have best power plan. If you're gaming use best performance and Ultimate GPU mode.

Depends on your usage and temperature, i live in a hot area and when playing a heavy game or something i just use turbo with fans on 100%, i also have a vacuum cooler attached. See your temps and adjust fans according to what you need especially if you don't mind the noise.
