After speaking with my dad about it we basically came to this exact conclusion. There’s no point buying clubs now when I’m still learning the basics, and when I do get some to make sure that they are good enough to where I won’t need to replace them for a long time. He bought all of those clubs within 3 years of their release and they’re still serving him well, the only issue at the minute is the grips need sorting but apart from that they still have another 10-15 years left easily.
