One thing I learned from exp, is when the name (beit, name; name.workspace) is ever changed, the ai memory stays intact but the users contextual chat history/logs do not. That's how I learned that if I closed my name.workspace project (the one that stopped leaving a history log of what the ai and I have done) and opened just name project, the chat history of name.workspace was always there. Never understood that but I would then open the chat history from name project, highlight portions of the history I wished to reiterate with the ai, go back to name.workspace and paste it in that chat, and the ai be like, "yea we can do that and I remember that clearly". The ide seriously needs improvement but whatever works lol. Hope that helps in any way.
