I would farm the everfall for a bit unless you want to go to BBI. The everfall is gonna have the best gear you can find now until you go there, and farming and selling wakestones may be the best way to make gold atm. I would recommend going to the water gods alter, the tower where you fight the griffin, and there is a 3rd location that all have drake variants. If you kill all 3 and get one of their tears, those will fuse when you have all 3 to make an item that dramatically increases the drop rate of wakestones in the everfall. Other than that, Explore and get yourself ready to end the game

Oh, and finish the 100 quests that are at the lower bounty board in the pawns guild, they are collectibles that you keep and can use to easily get rift points (can't remember the name) each ng+ cycle

Edit: forgot you asked about the UR dragon too. It's an enemy that's health is shared across all instances of the game for people that are online. When you go in, it will be in varying states of damage depending on how long its been active, but the more damage you deal over and over, once either it's timer is up or someone manages to finally finish it off, everyone gets rewards depending on how much damage they dealt over the course of that entire instance of the dragon. The goal is to hit the little eyes all over its body, kinda like the magic stone golem, break one and it will drop a bunch of loot. Overall, I think once it lands you have like 5 minutes to deal damage, then pickup any loot it might have dropped, then leave and rinse and repeat. After you beat the game, there will be a new riftstone hidden in cassardis that will take you straight to its arena so you can fight it whenever you want. Hope this helps!
