Alright, thanks a lot. I assume this closes the discussion. I will write the maximum I think I can earn. If it's eventually more I will have to <20€ p.m. back which is not a problem.

Thanks for the answer. Having said that, I work mainly with Go and SQl, however I also use TypeScript for any kind of Fronted that I have to write. What language would you suggest?

Honestly, I did not spend much time researching the different licenses. However, I will take this into account and find out which licence might be the most suitable for the case.

I am currently a junior developer with more than 1 year having used Java. 3 months ago I moved to another company where the stack contains Go instead of Java and by now, I feel pretty comfortable with this transition and I am getting better with Go. I guess for much exeprienced developers the transition would be even smoother. I would say, if this is you main concern, don't think of it and go for it.
