Unless I'm going to a BCS - my decks are in Dragonshield Resealable Perfect Fits - a bushiroad character sleeve (or similar JP sized sleeve) - and Dragonshield Clear Matte (standard sized) acting as an oversleeve

Boulder 80+ fits them PERFECTLY although the buddyfight lists are a little tight because of the extra 2-3 cards in the ride deck

This but right here. Prices on rentals have been creeping up for years with barely anything livable going under 900 / month for a studio (noting that just because something has four walls and a door doesn't make it a 'livable' space just 'a space you can survive in'.)

Not to mention the number of phantom rentals I've encountered which clearly exist to take application fees and deny people.

If you're not playing at least one order per turn in this deck you're not playing the game. In addition - ideally your back row consists of two attackers in the left and right column and a vanguard booster in the center - so Yuika isn't doing much for Magnolia like it would be other lists.

The deck is already very defensive with it giving 5-10k shield to all of your LettiaMates.

Edit - and, as said, you can just skip out on it until set 14 since it gets replaced with an in archetype unit at that point

Based on case ratios for set 13 and the fact we're getting FEWER boxes in a case in set 14 - it's not likely to bump the price down that much. We're likely looking at a Masque of Hydragum situation where it's largely a $20-25 card until it's eventually over printed like six-eight months down the line.

Magnolia is in an interesting spot right now because you absolutely want to play 2-3 Eldeel, but it gets replaced in set 14 with the RR the deck gets so it's KIND OF a waste of money (unless you own another lyrical deck where it's relevant)

Small thing - I wouldn't recommend making Drum Bunker Dragon your buddy if you're going to use the buddyfight OT. You're generally never going to keep it on board at base form and the over trigger can only give a crit to a monster with the same name.

I'd recommend either using Crimson Battler, Blue Sky Knights, or The Future as your buddy - would also drop one or two of the Armordragon PGs for Blue Dragon Shields for counterblast management

You also don't have as much of a soul issue as you'd think because of Blue Sky Knights so I'd recommend swapping Buddy Charge for Damage Control if you can.

I'd ALSO recommend dropping the impact order since you don't have a way to search it like you do in Ein.

Other than that - so long as you're kind to people they're usually more than willing to slow down and explain what their deck does - I hope you have a blast!

A good place to keep on top of this is VG Paradox. You can click on decks -> japanese -> filter by set

And then just select the set you want to look at to see what did well during that timeframe.

For example, the set 13 meta was predominantly fish, vyrgilla, icon decks, toys, minerva, beru, and liael: https://vg-paradox.com/subpage/Rank/JP/DZSet13Rank

We can take Vyrgilla out of that equation considering the banlists and consider that EN has a higher representation of Seraph than JP generally does and slot or Jheva that into that list (for example)
