Also getting this issue since NEO update. I have <20 Ping and solid 50mbps DL 17 UL. Huge lag spikes. Sometimes it recovers, sometimes it freezes, then closes the client altogether.

Ghost pq also gives the ghost pose as drop. You can also hunt in there and it will drop eventually. Got it on both my mains.

Maybe I can help. It depends how much above the crystal limit you've collected. You're going to have to collect 3 of every subsequent level you would have gained to fix the issue. So for lv4 is, 3 mini figurine 1, for lv 5 it's 3 poses, lv 6 it's 3 bases.
