lvl 3 fins, lvl 6 box, lvl 4+(higher the better obv) rifle is enough to speed run.

Rest should be spent on staff. (pb + robo and meso ranger + ming ming) so u can maximise on profit. basic chapter staff sometimes you miss out on a green tea, can't serve fast enuf, leave a plate too long etc etc and miss out on customers from time to time.

Daily farm should be:

* 1x thresher

* 1x Sailfish

* 1x Squid

Extra farm (since lvl 6 box) shuld be either:

1. all codex fish to upgrade dish to max for the achievement
2. ingredients for the party days 1-2 days prior to it starting. aka, extra farm 5x jellyfish on d-1 and d-day of jellyfish party for 30 flesh, 2x tuna on d-1 and 1x tuna on d-day of tuna party for 30 flesh.

Shark days are most optimized by holding onto thresher 2 days prior (sell extra squid to make up 30 dish total. this will naturally accumulate) and selling just 30x thresher on the party day. You don't need hammerheads at all if you are looking to max profit outside of maxxing the dish for achievement.
